About Me

I am a 2005 graduate of the American Institute of Holistic Health & Wellness, studying under the late Dr. Dolores Seymour, author of WHO CARES WHY?. I am Board Certified by the National Accreditation and Certification Board.

The American Institute of Holistic Health & Wellness is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Professionals and the National Accreditation and Certification Board. This is a lifetime and international certification. I have studied extensively in holistic health, focusing on mind, body, and spirit, which naturally includes counseling on all life issues and bodywork.

There are drugless therapies that work very well most of the time when applied, and have no chemical side effects, except when they are not followed.

I am trained in Mind Inspired New Dynamics System, also known as M.I.N.D.S. Holistic Alternative Psychology. This method emphasizes individualized plans of action, fostering the ability to reach the highest potential physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It offers advanced perspectives on positive personal growth, changing negative attitudes, enhancing intuition, and self-discovery through creative endeavors. It also aims to improve health as impacted by psychological states.

I work with M.I.N.D.S. Wellness & Body/Mind Consciousness, which features programs for positive self-analysis, self-control development, healing mind conditioning, controlling mood swings, anxiety, avoiding depression, and raising self-esteem to its highest level.

M.I.N.D.S. Meta-Psychology is person-centered, focusing on psychological health, consciousness, human possibilities, and challenges of body, mind, and spiritual development. A person cannot heal in any program void of attention to their spiritual development. Many mental and physical ailments can be discovered when spiritual sickness is at the root.

Dr. Judith Orloff and Me

I had an interesting experience once around the year 2008 when Dr. Judith Orloff was the guest speaker at Western CT State University. I arrived to a packed auditorium and chose a seat toward the back of the auditorium on the right side of the center seats. She was seated on stage with an empty seat next to her and a huge vase of colorful tall-stemmed silk flowers in front of her on the floor between both seats. As she began her talk, she bent down and selected a deep pink long stemmed Aster flower from the vase and laid it on the empty seat next to her.

What first struck me was the thought, “That is my seat. I see myself sitting next to her.” Then I spent the next few minutes berating myself for not listening to her words. I self-corrected myself and enjoyed the rest of her talk.

When she was finished, she signed books for all of us who chose to stay after her talk. I was in a very long line of people holding an arm full of her books. When I finally arrived at the table she was seated behind, I noticed the same long-stemmed deep pink flower on the table where she sat. When it was my turn to have my books signed, before she did, she handed me that same flower. I asked her why she was giving it to me.

I see people’s auras and yours was the brightest beautiful aura in the room,” she said. I left stunned at this amazing statement. Rather than feeling prideful, I felt extremely humbled.

Orloff was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of Theodore and Maxine, both physicians.

She grew up in Beverly Hills, where she later stated that she had experienced strong intuitions as a child.

Her family includes many physicians. Orloff received her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Southern California in 1979.

She completed a medical internship at Wadsworth Veteran’s Hospital in Los Angeles in 1980 and held a psychiatric residency at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute from 1979 to 1983.
