Peace is the Solution for Stress ~ Anxiety ~ Panic Attacks ~ Try These Time-Tested Meditations for Today’s Troubles

When life trips you up, make sure to take time out for yourself to rejuvenate. Your mind needs a healthy break from time to time. This is the picture associated with the Stress Management audio meditation on my new website, https://LindaHourihanhhcp.com.

Stress Management was professionally recorded after I graduated from the American Institute of Holistic Health and Wellness, taught by the late Dr. Delores Seymour. I delivered this meditation at my former business, The Massage Clinic in Stratford, CT in 2005. Now it is here for your personally benefit.

Now is a good time for you to relax as never before, melt away stress from every cell and fiber of your being, and find that place deep inside you allowing your heart and Soul to bask in Limitless Living Light of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy.

It is healing, like a balm to a sore spot in your life, if you can allow yourself to follow the words without your inner voice arguing back in your mind, as is often the case when you get overworked. Don’t worry if that happens to you. Just gently bring your attention back to the words.

You can use this as a kick start goal to get back on track as a way to heal your mind, body and Spirit/Soul. This first audio meditation is a tremendous therapy if you find yourself wound too tight, feeling stressed, having panic attacks, and is a huge benefit to go along with any counseling session you may have.

I gave free meditations to the public on the first Sunday of each month for 8 years. This Stress Management is a professionally recorded meditation.

Meditations 2-6 were also professionally recorded at the Celestial Retreat I gave at the Guest House in Connecticut in February 2010. You can receive benefit from each of these meditations individually. They also build upon each other in the order in which they are presented if you choose to give yourself the gift of making your own 5-meditation retreat on any 3-day week or weekend.

I presented these meditations as follows:

2) Reclaiming Your Power on Saturday morning, 30 minutes

3) Chakra & Aura Balancing on Saturday afternoon, 45 minutes

4) The Lost Years of Jesus on Saturday evening, 30 minutes

5) OM Ascension Meditation on Sunday morning, 42 minutes

There are exercises and points to ponder as you listen to these audio meditations. You may wish to have a journal and pen, which works better than a computer because you “write” on your brain when you hand write notes as opposed to typing them. You have the freedom to take notes any way you wish, but they will stay longer in your head if you hand write them.

This is a nice consideration for this summer season, including summer vacations, and weekends or a few days off in the middle of the week.

Follow each meditation by intentionally following your breath. Don’t forget to breathe, easily and slowly. No force is needed. Notice the times you tend to hold your breath, as in those moments that take your breath away causing stress and illness.

If your mind wanders, which most of us do unless we are practiced in meditation, simply bring your mind back to the words you are listening to. The more you do this, the easier it will be to do the next time.

These meditations can easily fit in your day since Stress Management is approximately 17 minutes and may be listened to before you begin your day or end any day before you go to sleep.

I hope this helps you to relax, refocus on what is important to you and gives you the fresh start without having to pay for expensive getaways necessitating you to pay for extra housing and food.

However, that is also a possibility to consider if you feel the need to go away for some peace of mind. You don’t have to pay extra for a costly retreat somewhere. If you go away for your own personal retreat, you will have the added benefit of simply connecting with yourself in a deeper way without being influenced by others religious agenda or guilt trips.

Your body is your temple. Take time to refresh your Spirit/Soul in a holistic health way without negative side effects.
